Packaged in a box of 9 or 18 pieces, Maison Bertrand’s Petits Fours are thoughtfully composed to deliver intense flavor and mimic traditional Louisiana cake flavors. Literally translated, petits fours mean “small ovens” leaning on its origins and old baking methods. All of our Petits Fours are crafted with a triple layer of delicious cake, top layered with almond marzipan to ensure a smooth & beautiful surface and then enrobed in a fondant glaze. Our Petits Fours Demitasse are sized conveniently in a 1.25" (inch) cube, making for a delectable, sweet treat for afternoon tea, Mother's Day surprise, or even as an after dinner tryst. Typical serving is 1-3 per person. Plenty to share...or not. These little beauties make an excellent accompaniment to your favorite tea, coffee, dry white wine, or champagne. Our Petits Fours stay fresh for up to two weeks in the refrigerator and can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months in an air tight container. Classic Strawberry: Almond Cakes layered w/ Strawberry Filling

Doberge (pronounced doe-berj” or “dough-bash"): Vanilla & Almond Cake layered w/ Chocolate Custard

Louisiana Crunch Cake: Almond Cake layered w/ Shredded Coconut and topped with Crushed Pecans

Mixed Flavor Box: Three (3) petite cakes of each of the previous flavors. If you choose the eighteen box, you will receive six (6) of each flavor.
