At Maison Bertrand Food Co. (“MBFC”), we love our products and want you to love them, too. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a MBFC product you purchased from us, one of our Customer Service Team members will gladly help you submit a Satisfaction request. The safety of our Guests and our Team are our highest priority so due to Covid-19 we are temporarily halting returns on all products.

MBFC products are made with the finest ingredients and with no preservatives added. The MBFC Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How It Works

To submit a Satisfaction request, simply click below on the form, call 504.224.9556 to speak with someone from our Customer Service Team or you can even message us on Facebook or Instagram @maisonbertrandfoods.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Your full name, address, phone number, email address, and preferred method of contact

• A brief description of why you are unsatisfied with your product

• The date you purchased your product

• Where you purchased your product

• A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase

You must submit your Satisfaction request within seven (7) days of the date of delivery.

Guarantee Guidelines

MBFC reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the MBFC Satisfaction Guarantee.
