It's that time of the year again and few side dishes are more iconic at a New Orleans Thanksgiving table than dressing. We've got many options of dressing, several versions of each of those options; And yes no matter how you stuff it, to us, its called dressing! In this hands-in virtual class, you will learn about the most popular of the New Orleans dressings, and some tricks to wow family and friends. We will use simple ingredients that will yield spectacular results! Trust me...these are classic and amazingly easy homemade dressings that everyone will adore!! Once you master these techniques you will surely be summoned as the chosen one to deliver these delicious dressings to the Thanksgiving festivities every year. Let's Get It!

What To Expect: Being able to cook something Awesome is more than having a good recipe —it's about the technique; the natural born skill bellowing from within. My job is to show you how to summon that superpower. In our Virtual Hands-in Classes you will be standing, moving, cooking and working in real time. We’ll provide you with the recipe packet and equipment list upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking, and when it’s over you’ll have a meal on the table! Our moderator will make sure your questions are answered live by Chef Bert either during or at the end of class. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above and capacity is maxed at 30 students. Chef Bert's recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check contact us before attending the class so we can make the proper substitutions. Adjustments to the recipes cannot be made during class.
