Special orders require a minimum 72-hour advance notice. Orders over $150 require a 50% deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery forfeit the deposit. Maison Bertrand LLC reserves the right to decline orders that exceed capacity.
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and other allergens throughout the day. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Guests with food allergies must inform staff before ordering. Maison Bertrand LLC is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose an allergy.
